Whilst the words ‘unprecedented’, ‘new or next normal’, ‘mitigate’ may be beginning to wear thin for even the keenest educators, you and your school leadership team have faced challenges, adapted and pivoted in ways that they could not have thought possible only 5 months ago. LSC has been supporting school leaders through these times with on-line leadership coaching, with extremely positive feedback.

How am I leading? How am I choosing to respond to this crisis? What helps me lead with and within my team? What do we as a community want to create going forward? These are a few of the many questions we hear leaders asking, at all levels throughout schools.

LSC Education is offering a series of webinars to support leaders in education on their journey through this uncertainty. Drawing on their many years of experience in education, leadership and coaching, Louise Penrice, & Sarah Howling will present 4 X 75 minute workshop style webinars over the next four Tuesdays, using a coaching approach to support you as a leader to unlock the lockdown.

We recommend that you join us for all 4 sessions but please feel free to sign up for any of the first three sessions on a stand-alone basis.

Session 2 Tues 16 June NAVIGATING AETHER	Leading Imperfectly - Navigating the current uncertainty. What are the key challenges that you are facing? Where are you above the line? Where are you below the line? Developing a positive Mindset What is your next step?
Session 3 Tues 23 June CREATING FLOW	Leading with and within your Team. What are you listening for? What are your triggers? How are you with conflict?
Session 4 Tues 30 June ACTIVATE BLUE SKY THINKING	Building Momentum - Forward the Action. What needs to happen next? This session will draw together threads and take aways from the previous learnings to support you to develop actions to take forward. Small steps to move towards something bigger….
