Membership of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP)
The Institute of Recruitment Professionals is the UK's representative body for individual recruitment professionals.
Founded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) in 2009, the IRP represents 6,000 individual members, who deliver the UK's recruitment services.
As a member of the IRP, we are:

Membership of the Council of British International Schools (COBIS)
COBIS - Serving British International Schools of Global Quality
COBIS exists to serve, support and represent its member schools – their leaders, governors, staff and students. Representing over 300 member organisations, COBIS is a responsive organisation, open to current and future opportunities.
The association has developed markedly since its foundation, changing to meet the needs and aspirations of its growing global school membership base. COBIS hosts a range of conferences and professional development events for teachers, middle leaders, support staff throughout the year. In addition to accessing high quality training COBIS events provide excellent opportunities for colleagues to develop professional networks and contacts.
COBIS represents it's members with the British Government, educational bodies, the corporate sector and Ministries of Education worldwide. COBIS is committed to advancing the interests of British schools and British education overseas.
Membership of the British Schools in the Middle East (BSME)
Formed in 1982, British Schools in the Middle East (BSME) provides a quality-assured network of schools helping Heads and Teachers share best practice and keep abreast of the latest educational developments. BSME runs its own Accreditation System, Annual Headteachers' Conferences, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme of over 100 courses per year and a range of inter school sports, music, arts and other events.
Membership of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA)
FOBISIA is a regional Federation of the leading British international schools in Asia.The aim of the Federation is to promote excellence, high achievement and good practice through British-style education in schools. Their objectives include; keeping abreast of developments in Britain and in the international context, promoting consistency of British-style education in FOBISIA schools and celebrating the community of British national heritage and cultural identities of host countries and student bodies.
Membership of the International and Private Schools Education Forum (IPSEF)
IPSEF is a series of unique high level global conferences that combine keynote presentations, round tables, workshops and networking receptions to facilitate effective partnership building for senior figures from schools, investors, governments, and education suppliers.
This unrivalled blend of delegates, all of whom are senior decision makers, provides a unique platform for anyone interested in establishing or developing a school, either in their home territory or overseas.
Membership of the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) upholds information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals. ICO is an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport.

For ten years, the IRP Awards has been celebrating the best practice and professional excellence of its inspirational members. Edward Clark, Director at LSC Education is delighted to have been shortlisted for Business Leader of the Year 2018.
In 2012 Edward Clark was shortlisted for the award of Search Consultant of the Year.
The Institute of Recruitment Professionals recognised Edwards commitment to the sector. Specifically his work supporting international schools with their leadership recruitment; often recruiting in challenging settings against tight time scales.
In 2009 Edward Clark was presented the award Executive Recruiter of the Year by the Institute of Recruitment Professionals "due to his commitment and understanding of the education sector and by delivering an outstanding service".
