Our extensive research into the experiences of over 200 International School Leaders from 62 countries, has provided us with a deep understanding of how Leaders identify, research and evaluate leadership job opportunities. We have also gained invaluable insights into the rewards and challenges of working in the international schools sector.

Our report has created a critical reflection tool, for International School Leaders as well as for Governors, Boards and School Owners, globally.
