Online coaching provides support for Leaders during the pandemic

With the words ‘unprecedented’ and ‘new or next normal’ wearing thin for even the keenest educators, school leadership teams have continued to face challenges and adapt and pivot in ways that they would not have thought possible. LSC Education has responded with strong support for school leaders through these times, offering increased on-line leadership coaching, with extremely positive feedback.

Our team of educators have created a leadership development programme for schools leaders around the globe. Drawing on their many years of experience in education, leadership and coaching Louise Penrice and Sarah Howling designed and delivered four value-packed training and coaching sessions including unlocking the inner leader, values and courage, leading imperfectly, emotional intelligence and working with teams, and planning for the future.
