Andy Puttock

Andy has worked in schools for 40 years, and in school and system leadership, in the UK and internationally, for over 30 of those years. Having been the Headteacher of two very successful large comprehensive schools in the UK, and Chair of a regional Headteacher association, his international experience spans the Far East and China, and Switzerland. He has also been the Global Group Director of Education for Nord Anglia Education, leading the educational offer for over 65 schools worldwide, and focusing on school improvement, leadership and teacher development, quality assurance and curriculum. He has therefore gained wide experience in the public and private sector, supporting school leaders and governing boards with all aspects of their role, including financial and safeguarding training and senior leader/Principal recruitment.  Andy’s real passion is seeing young people from all backgrounds, their teachers and their schools’ leaders, thrive in every aspect of their educational experience.
