In August 2022, Bloom Education will be launching a new, world-class IB school on the site of the current Dwight School, Dubai, under a new name, with a new and ambitious purpose, promise and values.

Located in one of the most dynamic cities in the UAE, the new Bloom Education school will provide an exceptional educational experience, nurturing, challenging and supporting students to become active and capable citizens of tomorrow. The school originally opened in September 2018, on an iconic, purpose-built site with world class facilities, and will relaunch in August 2022 catering to pupils aged 3 to 18 seeking an international education through the International Baccalaureate programme.

Bloom Education is now seeking an inspirational, strategic leader to take the school forward with its new strategic direction. Building on the existing strong platform of success, the new Head of School has an exciting opportunity to lead an ambitious new vision and to shape the development of this growing school and most recent addition to the Bloom Education family of schools.

The successful candidate will combine a track record of highly successful leadership experience, a strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and philosophy, with the cultural awareness, political nous and global perspective to inspire the entire School community and manage diverse stakeholder relationships. First-class communication skills with the gravitas to act as a visible leader and ambassador are crucial, as is the commercial drive to further this latest venture for Bloom Education. A genuine resonance with Bloom Education’s educational values and a commitment to embedding these in Dubai is essential.
