LSC Education is conducting a search, supporting the Board of an IB World School in Mexico with the recruitment of a Director to commence in either January or August 2027. This leading IB World School in Mexico is known for academic excellence, innovation, and values-driven education. The school offers the full IB continuum (PYP, MYP, DP) and a locally developed model that promotes fluency in Spanish and English alongside creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Its integrated curriculum prepares students for global citizenship while maintaining a strong sense of identity and ethics.

The Board is seeking a native bilingual (Spanish and English) Director to begin in either January or August 2027, leading the school’s next phase of growth and educational innovation. Reporting to the Board, this visionary and experienced leader will strengthen the IB-aligned educational model and foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and ethical leadership. Bilingual fluency is essential to effectively lead and inspire this diverse, multilingual community.
