Recruiting Specialist Leaders for a Rapidly Growing Network
Globeducate, a global network of over 65 premium bilingual and international schools, was experiencing rapid growth. As a result, the organisation needed to recruit a number of key leaders with very specific skillsets, such as expertise in strategic growth or bilingual education. The challenge was multifaceted: depending on the context of each school, some required bilingual candidates (French/English or Italian/English), specialists in the IB curriculum, and experienced in the diverse cultures of European schools.
A Bespoke and Collaborative Methodology
LSC Education was delighted to be chosen as Globeducate's search partner. To meet these complex challenges, we developed a fast-moving, bespoke methodology. Through extensive visits to several Globeducate schools, we gained a deep understanding of the organisation's culture and values. This insight enabled us to lead multiple search processes concurrently, working collaboratively with the Chief Education Officer, Chief People and Culture Officer, Regional CEOs, and individual school Principals. Our seamless partnership was key to identifying leaders who were not only highly skilled but also perfectly aligned with Globeducate's vision.
