Why should school boards invest in coaching their leaders and leadership teams?

Principal and Senior Leader transition coaching – supporting leaders as they transition into or out of a role.

Features:

  • Highly experienced executive coaching
  • Bespoke programme designed around client’s needs
  • Typically 6 x 1 hour of face-to-face Skype sessions (roughly one per month), spanning the period of time before the transition into role and after
  • Access to the coach as a critical friend as required
  • Additional psychometric tests (at cost) if desired
  • Option to continue to an annual executive coaching contract

Executive leadership coaching: annual contract

Features:

  • Highly experienced executive coaching
  • Bespoke programme designed around client’s needs, including KPIs set by the board and professional development objectives identified by the leader and the school
  • Typically 9 x 1 hour of face-to-face Skype sessions (roughly 3 per term)
  • Additional psychometric tests (at cost) if desired
  • Billed termly

Leadership Team coaching

Features:

  • Psychometric testing (Leadership Circle or Thomas’ PPA)
  • Typically 2 days of workshops, including individual and team collaboration
  • Option to continue to an annual executive coaching contract.
